Ashford Campus

Located in Stanwell Road, the Ashford Campus is located near to Ashford train station.
Bus routes: 117, 216, 290 557

Please note: there are no parking facilities for students at the Ashford Campus.

Weybridge Campus

Located in Heath Side Road, the campus is a short walk from Weybridge Train Station which is on the mainline from London Waterloo to Portsmouth.

Parking is extremely limited on campus and travelling via train or bus is strongly advised.

Please be aware that the National 16-17 Saver Train Card (not administered by Surrey County Council) is a great option for students as the discount of 50% is for single, return and season tickets and can be used at any time. 

Student Parking

All students who require parking will need to apply for a parking permit by the 30th August 2025. Parking permits are mandatory and will be allocated in accordance with the following eligibility criteria, to ensure that spaces are allocated equitably and to those who need them most.

The criteria will prioritise:

• Blue Badge holders
• those with documented medical needs
• students living a significant distance (10+ miles) from college

FAQs

Is my permit from last term still valid?

No, all previous permits are no longer valid. New permits will be issued for the 2025/26 Academic Term. You will receive an email to your college email address to notify you if your application has been successful. We endeavour to provide an update on your application within 10 working days.

How to apply for a parking permit?

When do I need to have applied for a permit?

Applications for a permit need to be made as soon as possible and by the 30^th August 2025. Late applications will be considered dependant on availability.

What do I need to include with my application?

Ensure your application includes all information on which eligibility criteria you are applying for a permit under, as well as any supporting documentation.

How and when will I know if a parking permit has been allocated?

You will receive an email to your college email address to notify you if your application has been successful. We endeavour to provide an update on your application within 10 working days.

Do I require a permit for a motorbike or moped?

No, motorbikes and mopeds do not require parking permits but must be registered.
